A simple address number panel to replace the cheap old store bought numbers. The house was built in 1941 and maintains a lot of its original characteristics, so we thought it would be fun to go with a font that was created that same year. The house is tucked back a bit from the street, so the thick black numbers really help with the legibility. Also added a very subtle shadow just for kicks.

Finally got a chance to see my first international sign in person on my recent trip to Sapporo. I designed these letters for @oooomarfaoooo a few years ago. It’s a fairly simple design, basic block letter style. I drew everything out in pencil and made final tweaks to the letters after digitizing in illustrator. These signs are vinyl, but I’m looking forward to painting something for their new location which is due to open soon. Thank you @yuknowknowme for supporting me 👑
Ok last Fenway post for now. I actually painted these poles last year but forgot to take pics. The numbers were designed and drawn out by @bzinkartworks beforehand so I just had to go around and paint. I didn’t do the entire park, many numbers were done by other members of the team. But I believe I did somewhere between 20-30 poles, most with numbers on all 4 sides (and double digits) so I must have painted well over 100 numbers. In the span of just a few days as well, it was great practice. #signpainting #handpainted #fenway #fenwaypark #redsox #bostonredsox

Didn't manage to get this posted before 2022 ended, but I guess it's a good way to kick off 2023. Here's part 3 of my project with @legalseafoods Looking forward to continuing to expand my portfolio this year! Thanks again @getfused for providing all these designs.
Excited to have completed this brand new entrance sign for @legalharborside Big thanks to @getfused for providing the designs and coordinating this project. Looking forward to sharing more of my work with @legalseafoods soon.
Recent commission/semi restoration piece. Repurposed an old sign to add the new owners name. Redesigned but tried to keep some of the original elements per the clients request. Last slide is the old sign.
Sign restoration for @whitney_building_products 18kt Lemon Gold Leaf and 1shot on aluminum. Recreated the original design by physically tracing some elements and digitally tracing the rest in adobe illustrator. I was able to repurpose the original panels by stripping the old vinyl and paint off and then starting completely from scratch. I did an exact copy for the rear of the building as well. The last 3 slides are pics of the original sign. #signrestoration #goldleaf #signpainting #handpainted
Restored vintage mirror. This mirror was being cleaned and all the paint came right off (see last 2 slides). Luckily after some digging we found an old picture of the mirror which I could use as a reference. I wiped off the rest of the paint and recreated/repainted the design from scratch.
A fairly recent commission, the barrel head was provided along with the initial design which I had some freedom to adjust a little bit. The wood came untreated, so I stained it, and painted the logo with one shot bulletin black.
An engagement gift for some close friends in Japan. A while back, our friend asked my fiancé to write the word “give” and he ended up getting her handwriting tattooed. As a way to connect back to that, I asked her to write these words out, and I digitized the writing to create my outline. I really like how it came out, but more so because of what went into making it. 23kt gold leaf on glass.
Some random practice I did a while ago, but I felt like they looked pretty sharp. I was testing out the Mack 169 brushes, I liked them a lot when I was first starting out, but I don’t find myself using them much anymore.
Restored the sign for my Dad’s salon @totalimagededham . This is actually the second time I did the sign. First time around we opted to re-use the old wooden sign, and although I prepped it for the weather the materials better days were far behind. Eventually the wood split and the paint peeled. Lesson learned. Re-did the sign this year using a di-bond sheet, confident that is gonna last a good while. Painted with one shot and finished it with a dead flat varnish. The design was provided.
